As a Senior Web3 Backend Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and scale the infrastructure powering multichain yield products. This is a fully remote role with a competitive salary, offering the chance to influence product, architecture, and culture from day one.

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of core backend systems for a multichain yield engine.
  • Shape the evolution of on-chain yield products and their infrastructure.
  • Join early and have direct impact on product design, technical architecture, and team culture.
  • Work in a high-autonomy environment with meaningful responsibility.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience building and launching production Web3 backend systems.
  • Strong experience integrating with smart contracts and protocols, including complex transaction flows and RPC interactions.
  • Solid understanding of EVM internals, smart contract design patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Comfortable with Web3 tools such as Tenderly, ethers, viem, and wagmi.
  • Persistent and creative when overcoming technical challenges.
  • Able to work independently in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments.
  • Committed to building infrastructure that is secure, fault-tolerant, and maintainable.
  • Passionate about creating systems that users can trust.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience deploying smart contracts to mainnet or EVM-compatible networks.
  • Solidity development on DeFi protocols.
  • Backend development with Node.js/JavaScript.
