What You’ll Do
Traffic & Conversion Optimization
- Track, manage, and optimize digital traffic and conversion performance across B2B and B2C platforms.
- Monitor acquisition channels (organic, paid, referral) and deliver insights to boost qualified traffic.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance user experience and engagement.
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze visitor behavior, engagement, and conversion funnels to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Strategic Recommendations
- Provide data-driven guidance to improve site-wide user experience and conversion outcomes.
- Partner with marketing, product, and client-facing teams to ensure insights directly influence campaigns and product development.
Industry Awareness
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices in traffic acquisition and conversion optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 2–4+ years of experience in web analytics, traffic analysis, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of website performance metrics and conversion KPIs.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and broader digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience running and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests.
- Background working with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.
- Understanding of behavioral analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Exposure to client-facing reporting or consultancy work.
